Employment Equity

We fully subscribe to the Government Policy. In this regard De Loitte and Touche (Human Capital Corporation) have devised, implemented, and submitted our plan to the Department of Labour. Our staff members sit on the Management Committee which formulates policy on employment training and promotions. The administration of our non-contributory provident fund, hospitalisation, chronic medicines, life cover and housing assistance is carried out by the same committee. The majority of our technical staff consisting of all groups have studied at company expense and gained the City & Guilds Diploma, a widely recognised qualification of the highest standard.
